An XDA forum member Shaftamle come up with themed Google Keyboard (version 1.0.1870.703320) app and available for you in different colors such as Blue, Black, Green, Red, Onyx, Purple, Orange, Pink, Gold and ICS themed.
The app is available in both standard APK (for non-rooted users) and flashable ZIP (for rooted users) file. To install this themed Google keyboard, you need a device with Android 4.0 or above with a XHDPI resolution display (screens are at least 960dp x 720dp or 320dpi and up, for instance, Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, HTC One, Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, etc.) Instructions to install themed Google Keyboard app: Note: if you already have the Google Keyboard installed, you need to uninstall it first. Then follow below guide. Google Keyboard app APK: Download it in your favorite color and move it to your SD card. Install it by taping it. Now, go to your phone settings – language and input – enable Google Keyboard and make it your default.
