In order to solve this issue, Samsung has released an uninstall utility for Kies. With this utility you can completely remove/uninstall Kies from your Windows PC. If you have received error messages like “the installation source for this product is not available…” etc, download official Kies Uninstaller from Samsung and remove Kies.
