Thewindowsclub released a portable and useful free tool called Clean Desktop that will help you clean up your unused desktop icons in Windows 7 & Vista. Just run the tool, it will scan & detect desktop items which have not been used in the last 30 days and list them down. The unused items are not deleted but moved to a folder on the desktop. Alternatively, you cans also opt to delete the unused items directly. Clean Desktop Works with Windows 7 & Vista, 32bit and 64bit versions.
