The Android 7.0 Nougat update mentioned here is for Elephone P9000 European and Asian version only. The update comes with latest android security patches (March 2017), updated kernel, various fixes, optimizations and new features. As said above, users will not receive the Nougat update via OTA on P9000. Users need to flash the update manually. How to Install Android 7.0 Update on Elephone P9000
Unzip all the downloaded files using app like 7Zip
Install the driver file on your computer
Now, double click the SP Flash Tool exe file to run it and click the ‘Download’ tab.
Click the ‘Scatter-loading’ Button, browse and select the extracted firmware (scatter.txt) file, which you have already downloaded.
Make sure everything is checked. Click ‘Download’ and then connect your phone to your PC via USB cable.
