The highlight of MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM 8.1.25 update is the redesigned Mi Music app – one of the most popular Mi apps. Now, it has a redesigned Homepage with ‘Recent Played’, ‘Favorites’, and ‘My playlists’ in a list view layout. Local music files are also organized by name, artist, and album/folder and can be seen on the bottom area of the homepage.

The Mi Music app also features redesigned Current Queue layout allowing users to have a better experience in managing songs in the Queue list. Besides these features, the update also includes general bug fixes. Like in the previous build (8.1.18), the MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM 8.1.25 brings Android 8.0 Oreo to Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi MIX 2.
