For all those users who have already bought the new Nexus 7 (2013) or update their Nexus 7 (2012), Nexus 10 or Nexus 4 to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and couldn’t see the dial-pad autocomplete feature, don’t worry, this feature has been disabled by default. Here is how to enable it. To enable this feature, run the phone app, tap menu button and then select “Settings”.
Scroll down through the options and enable “dial-pad autocomplete” option by checking the check box against it. Now, just start touching numbers or letters, the dial pad will suggest phone numbers or names.
