Called “Offline Cache Mode”, this feature allows Chrome users to browse webpages that they have recently visited without internet access. This experimental feature is available in Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS and Android. – Install Chrome dev or Canary build. – Type chrome://flags in the address bar and hit enter – Locate “Enable Offline Cache Mode” and click on “Enable” option to enable it.
