Thanks to the XDA forum member frank9184, HTC U11+’s Edge Launcher and Swipe Anywhere Sense Home works on HTC 11 without any issue, even though the device is still runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat (HTC U11+ runs on Android 8.0 Oreo). You can download APKs of both files (link below) and sideload manually on your HTC U11.
The Swipe Anywhere offers single-handed experience to your homescreen. This feature lets you access all your notifications and apps with one hand.
