From this video, you might have learned that the new Start button lets you simply switch between the Desktop and Start screen. It won’t feature a full start menu with access to programs and shortcuts. For your information, the preview build of Microsoft’s new operating system Windows 8.1 will be available later this month (June 26) and it will be available later this year as a free update for existing Windows 8 customers
