In this tutorial, we show you how to get Android N’s double tap Recents gesture on Android Lollipop and Marshmallow. With this gesture, you can switch between last used app and current app quickly. However, to get this feature your device should have root access and Xposed Framework installed. Developed by the XDA developer MrWasdennnoch, the “Android N-ify” Xposed module brings Android N best features to Lollipop and Marshmallow. Currently this module only supports two features of Android N – “Double-tap recents to switch last used app” and “Settings dashboard subtitles”. The app developer will add more features later. Below are the proposed Android N features that the Android N-ify brings to Android Lollipop and Marshmallow.
