Before enabling the full dark mode in Chrome, keep in mind that this is an experimental feature of Chrome (version 86.0.4240.110 or up). It may not work well on every webpage. I’ve checked it with many webpages and couldn’t find any serious issue. The black rendering of webpages was excellent.

Note that if you have previously enabled the dark theme experimental flag called “show darkened search pages on Android” change it to default.
