Lenovo K6 Note was launched with Android Marshmallow out of the box and upgraded to Android Nougat a few weeks back. However, if the bootloader is unlocked and TWRP custom recovery installed on it, you will not get the Nougat OTA update. However, still you can enjoy Android 7.0 Nougat and its goodies with the TWRP flashable official Nougat firmware.

Before start, do remember that though the firmware is based on official Nougat S218 firmware, it is modified, pre-rooted, and removed many Lenovo system apps. The ROM should works on both Lenovo K6 Note (K53a48) and Lenovo K6 Plus (K53b36). Note that the ROM can be flashed on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow, or install as fresh, but you will not be able to change region if flashed as fresh. The developer may fix it soon.
