Method – 1

  1. Make sure your device is running on EMUI version 9.0.1.122
  2. Go to Settings app and select “System”.
  3. Choose “System updates”.
  4. If the update is live in your region, you will see an “Install Now” option.

  1. Install the HiCare app from Play Store
  2. Open the HiCare application > Login > Select country / region > Agree User Agreement and Privacy.
  3. Now, under Service tab, select Update > Apply > Check for new system update > Download and install.
