In this guide, we show you how to install Android 5.1.1 on Galaxy S4 with Euphoria OS. This is an AOSP (Android Open Source Project) ROM based on the CyanogenMod ROM. How to Install Android 5.1.1 on Galaxy S4 with Euphoria OS

Note: For installing this ROM requires a rooted Galaxy S4 (I9505) with custom recovery like TWRP installed

  1. Download Euphoria OS zip file [HERE] and Gapps zip file [HERE]. Transfer both zip files to your phone’s SD card.
  2. Disconnect your Galaxy S4 from PC, then switch off it and boot it into custom recovery mode by pressing and holding the Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time.
  3. From recovery, wipe data, cache and the dalvik cache.
  4. Now, go to “Install zip” and then “Select zip”. Choose the Euphoria OS zip file. Once the installation completed, repeat the same for Gapps zip file.
