The update (N9208ZTS3CQK1) for Galaxy Note 5 is still based on Android 7.0 Nougat and does not include any new features other than November 2017 Android Security patches and general bug fixes. The incremental OTA (over the air) update start rolling out and the update notification will get on all devices shortly. You can also update your Galaxy Note 5 to latest version manually via Samsung Smart Switch, Kies or Odin.
