In August, OnePlus rolled out OxygenOS 4.5.10 for OnePlus 5 with Camera stability, improved Wi-Fi stability, better VoLTE calling quality and more. The new update (OxygenOS 4.5.11) fixes various areas of the system. It also includes September Android security patches with Blueborne vulnerability fix. Changelog of OxygenOS 4.5.11 Update: If you have not received the OTA notification for the OxygenOS 4.5.11 update on your OnePlus 5, just check it by going to Settings > System Updates > Check for OTA updates. (As the OTA update is rolling out in phases it will take few days to get on all devices). However, note that to apply the OTA update, your OnePlus 5 should be running on the previous OxygenOS 4.5.10 update.
How to install OxygenOS 4.5.11 OTA Update Manually on OnePlus 5
- Download OxygenOS 4.5.11 OTA zip file [HERE] and save it on internal phone storage.
- Go to Settings > System Updates > tap on Settings Icon > Local Upgrade > Select the OTA File.
- Select upgrade now when the system prompts.
- Your device will reboot into recovery and flash the OTA. After installation your device will reboot to new version. (Source – OnePlus)
