But wait, an XDA forum member has been working on an app to bring Halo like feature on other ROMs and an alpha build of the app is already available for download. Dubbed “ChatHeads for all notifications” this app brings Facebook Messenger’s Chat Heads like notification for all apps on any Android Phone.
