Download and flash ColorOS 6.1 RMX1911EX_11_A.12 update file from this link or directly from here to your phone storage. (Size 2.34GB, MD5: 848C8899F85A2BEB37D5E8B1D1D39A7F) Turn off your phone. Press and hold the Volume Down and the Power buttons simultaneously until booting into recovery mode. In recovery, select language > From phone storage > Select the ColouOS OTA package > tap OK to begin installation. Once installation completes, tap Reboot to boot your phone into new ColorOS version.
