For your information, OnePlus One is a great phone that runs on the special edition of CyanogenMod 11S ROM. It brings some unique features that are not available on the standard version of CyanogenMod ROM. You can get these features on any phone by installing OnePlus One transformation kit.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Prerequisites: Please note that the kit works only on CyanogenMod 11 ROM. Also, your phone must be rooted. Before installing the kit, install the latest nightly build of CyanogenMod 11 ROM (download it from here).

  1. Download the latest version OnePlus One conversion kit from here and copy it to your Phone’s SD card.
  2. Just flash the OnePlusOneConversionKit zip file from recovery. Reboot your phone and enjoy! Note: Do not forget to change the theme to Hexo in Settings! Also, some features may not available on phones with lower resolutions. If you wish to delete the transformation package, just reinstall the CyanogenMod ROM again(source)
